Refund & Exchange Policy
Effective July 2, 2026
We keep it simple: all sales final. We're a small shop moving limited pieces, so we don't accept returns for change of mind, sizing, or color preference.
Defective or damaged items
If your hat arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage from shipping, we'll make it right with an exchange for the same item (or an item of equal value if it's sold out).
How to request an exchange
- Email contact@eddyhats.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage.
- We'll reply with return shipping instructions within 2 business days.
What's not covered
- Wear and tear from normal use.
- Damage from cleaning, alterations, or accidents after delivery.
- Sizing or color regret.
In-store purchases
Same policy applies. Bring your receipt within 7 days for exchanges on defective items.
Order cancellations
If we cancel an order (out of stock, pricing error, suspected fraud), we'll refund the original payment method in full.
