All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the original payment method.

3. All sales final

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on change of mind, sizing, or color preference. Exchanges are available only for items that arrive defective or damaged in transit — see our Refund & Exchange Policy for details.

4. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — logos, product photography, copy, and design — is owned by Eddy Hats or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Third-party brand names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to breach security, scraping content at scale, or interfering with other users' access. We may suspend or terminate access to anyone who violates these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
